We’ve lost count of the jobs, gigs and ventures we've experienced. Many, but not all, of these experiences sucked because of poor communication skills even of the basics. Poor leadership and management came a close second.

From start-ups that failed miserably to giant organizations where people are just a number, our combined working experience in different industries, roles and countries gives us an empathy and understanding of the challenges of everyday communication at work.
