How does it work?

We use a robust 360 Survey system for your participants to find out their communication skills strengths and weaknesses. The 360 we use has been tried and tested around for thirty years.

Here's the steps:

1. Remotely, we'll begin with an onboarding session with the people taking part and walk through the 360 process with them.

2.  Choose the Circle: Select the type of report required for each subject (GenZ or Millennial). Each subject  requires feedback from respondents (3 -5 people).

3. Send Us Their Info: Provide us with the names and email addresses of the people you've chosen. We supply a form.

4.  Questionnaire Time: We'll send a unique link to each subject and each person rating. The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes, and everyone can adjust their answers before the deadline.

5.  Results: After the agreed deadline we'll send the reports.

6.  You and the person receive access to a comprehensive strengths resource website for the subjects to use and apply. 

7. Everyone will be subscribed to our free Substack. They’ll get a newsletter twice a week where we’ll kick start the conversation and, with their input, add and enrich the conversation. The idea? To make The Number One Skill a “Social-Learning-Community”.
